Children Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 4. There is no capacity for cribs in the room.

Free private parking is available at a location nearby (reservation is not needed).

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of USD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Our Check-in time is from 15:00 until 23:30. Unless you have informed the hotel in advance, if you do not check-in within this time, your reservation will be considered as canceled and your room may be rented out. Check out time is 11:00. There will be extra charge for check-in early or checking out late. Once you pay the room and tax the hotels system will release the HOLDS that it put on your C/C that you used when checking in. These holds are also the incidentals that were held. Often the incidentals/holds will say PENDING on your C/C or bank acct. This timing for the holds to be released all depends on your individual bank. Some are faster at releasing them than others and this is especially true when there are holidays involved as banks are FOREVER closed on holidays. The holds will be released but again the timing all depends on your individual bank. You must bring the Room Keys to the front desk office when checking out. You must be 21 or older to rent a room. Minors will not be allowed to stay without a parent or a guardian. Unexpired/current Passport, Driver's license or State issued ID that has your clear photo will be accepted as a valid ID. Hotel may ask for the ID of all person/(s) staying in the room. When you check into the hotel, the names on the credit card and the photo ID need to match. This is done to fight credit fraud. we can NOT take a credit card over the phone for a reservation. We need the card physically in order to check you into the room. We do not accept third party credit cards, person booking must present his card and valid ID. Guests must cancel at least 24Hours prior to the check-in time for a FREE cancellation. Thereafter, you will be charged for the first night. Hotel offers free complimentary parking for one vehicle per reservation. Additional vehicles may be allowed at management's discretion. Hotel has smoking and nonsmoking rooms. There is fine up to $100/Day for smoking in a nonsmoking room. Total amount for the entire stay will be charged when checking in. Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals (up to $100/day). The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
